With a plant in Lethbridge, Pratt & Whitney Canada contacted us this summer to invite a display of our birds their 15th anniversary employee celebration. With operations throughout the world Pratt and Whitney have been a global leader in the manufacture of helicopter and aircraft engines since 1925.
Being in the aviation business with the Bald Eagle as their historical emblem, company employees felt supporting our facility was a good partnership. Later this year Katherine O’Flaherty Lethbridge Plant Manager will be announcing a significant donation in support of our wildlife rescue work. A very big thank you Ms. O’Flaherty and Pratt & Whitney personnel for generously supporting our nature conservation efforts.
